Both days will feature exhibitors and seminars.
On Jan. 28, the summit is aimed at business owners, management, facility managers, architects, engineers, elected officials and municipal government staff. The cost is $55 for early registration and $65 regular.
Jan. 29 is intended for residents, renters, homeowners, community leaders, nonprofit and faith-based members. There will be demonstrations and hands-on sessions. The cost is free.
